How to turn it off

In the parent area: sign in, open “⁨Course⁩” and press “⁨Turn off renewal⁩”.

By writing to speakykid support, from the contacts below. Give the parent’s phone number and the child’s first name.

By registered mail to the company address below.

What happens next

The course does not renew at the end. The payments of the running course continue, and its lessons stay yours.

To end a running course early, use “⁨End the course early⁩” on the “⁨Course⁩” page or write to support. Before anything changes, we confirm in writing what it means for your money and the remaining lessons.

On the payment page: on the same “⁨Course⁩” page, under “⁨Payment method⁩”, press “⁨Change⁩”. The payment page that opens lets you change the card and see your invoices.

Your 14-day rights

Within 14 days of the purchase, and before the first lesson of the course, you get a full refund.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason, with “⁨Withdraw from the contract⁩” on the “⁨Course⁩” page or by writing to support.

In Israel you may cancel within 14 days of the purchase by phone, email, registered mail, through this page or with “⁨End the course early⁩” on the “⁨Course⁩” page.
