How do I choose my child's lesson times after paying?
On the home page of the parent area tap "Pick dates", mark every time that suits you in the calendar and tap "Book". This way you book several lessons at once. Want fixed days and times every week? Tap "Set up the weekly schedule".
Step by step
- On the home page of the parent area there is the card "Not booked yet" with the number of lessons that still have no time. Tap "Pick dates".
- The calendar opens on the "To schedule" tab. It says: "Tap every time that suits you, then book them all at once."The times in the calendar are shown in your time zone.
- Tap every time that suits you. Each time you marked shows in the list below. To take a time off the list, tap "Remove" next to its hour.
- Tap "Book ..." (the button says how many lessons you marked).
- "... booked." appears with the number of lessons. More lessons still without a time? Repeat the steps.
How you know it worked
"... booked." appears with the number of lessons, the lessons show in the schedule under "Upcoming" with a date and time, and the number under "To schedule" goes down.
Something not working?
A time you marked was not booked
"Not booked. This time stays picked: choose another time or teacher." appears, and the reason is next to the time. Choose another time and tap "Book" again.
No free times this week
tap "Next week".
No time suits you with the course teacher
at the top of the calendar you can choose another teacher, or "Any teacher, the soonest time".
You cannot mark more times
if "Every lesson on the balance is picked." appears, you have already marked a time for every lesson still without a time.
You want fixed days and times every week
on the card on the home page tap "Set up the weekly schedule" (the link shows while a weekly schedule can still be set). If the teacher's calendar is not open that far ahead yet, some lessons stay without a time for now, and you can book them later with "Pick dates".
