How do I move or cancel my child's trial lesson?
In the parent area, on the trial lesson's card, tap "Change the lesson", then "Reschedule" or "Cancel". Until the lesson starts it is free, and the lesson can be moved up to twice.
Step by step
- In the parent area, on the "Free trial lesson" card, tap "Change the lesson".
- To move it: tap "Reschedule". In the "Move the lesson" window choose a new time and tap "Move to ..." with the time you chose.
- To cancel it: tap "Cancel". In the "Cancel the lesson?" window you can still choose "Move to another time", or tap "Cancel anyway".
How you know it worked
"Lesson moved" appears with the new time on the card, or "Lesson cancelled".
The lesson is already in your calendar? Add it again with the new time, as the screen explains.
Something not working?
"The trial lesson has already been moved twice" appears

You cancelled and want to book again
after several cancellations in a short time, booking a new trial lesson may be paused for a while. The screen says from which date you can book again.
