How do I sign in to the parent area, or open the link you sent me?
On the "Log in" page type the phone number you registered with, tap "Get a code", type the code from the message and tap "Log in". A link you got from us opens your page directly, once.
Step by step
- On the "Log in" page ("speakykid parent area") type the number you registered with in the "Phone" field. Check the country code.
- Tap "Get a code".
- Type the code in the "Code from the message" field: after the last digit the parent area opens by itself (you can also tap "Log in").
- Got a link from us in a chat? Tap it. "Your Speakykid page" opens, and after "Continue" you are in, on the page we prepared for you.
How you know it worked
The parent area opens, with your children's profiles and the next lessons.
Something not working?
The code did not arrive
after half a minute the "Send the code on WhatsApp" button appears. After a minute you can also tap "Send the code again". Wrong number? Tap "Change the number".
"There is no account on this number. Book a trial lesson." appears
maybe you registered with another number. If this is your first time, you can book a trial lesson.
The link opened inside WhatsApp or another app
the page says that the link opens only once. It is best to open it in Chrome or Safari, or tap "Continue here".
"This link has already been opened" or "This link has expired" appears
each link opens only once. Ask for a new link in the chat where you got it, or sign in with "Sign in with the phone code".
