How do I change my child's teacher?
In the schedule, next to a lesson, tap "Change the lesson" and then "Change teacher", choose whether to change only this lesson or all remaining lessons, and pick a free time and teacher. You can change the teacher at any moment, without giving a reason.
Step by step
- In the parent area open "Schedule". Next to a lesson tap "Change the lesson", then "Change teacher".
- In the "Which lessons should get the new teacher?" window choose "Only this lesson" or "All remaining lessons, at new weekly times", and tap "Next".
- In the "Change teacher" window pick a free time and teacher. Under "Same time, another teacher" you see the teachers who are free at the lesson's time. Tap "Change to" followed by the teacher's name.
- "Teacher changed" appears.
How you know it worked
In the schedule, the new teacher's name shows next to the lessons you chose.
Something not working?
No teacher is free at that time
choose "Another day or time with a new teacher", or write to us.
"Changing every lesson at this time is not possible now" appears
