How do I see my child's progress, lesson reports and homework?

After each lesson, when the summary is ready, a report appears on the "Reports" page: the lesson's topic, new words and a short summary. The "Progress" page shows the next lesson, the week's practice and the place on the program map. A task before the next lesson shows in the parent area, as a place on the island.

Progress

Step by step

  1. Reports: in the parent area open "Reports" (in the "More" menu, or "All reports" on the home page). Tap a lesson to open its report.
  2. In the report: the lesson's topic, "Words from the lesson", a short summary, and "Ask at dinner" with a question to talk about at home. The "Practise these words with" button, with your child's name, opens practice in the kid area.
  3. Progress: open "Progress". You see "Next lesson", "This week" (practice in the last 7 days) and your child's place on the map: the card with your child's name followed by "'s island".The levels come from the curriculum, only lessons that took place are counted, and the practice shows games and words. None of these numbers is an English test.
  4. Task before the next lesson: when the teacher chose a task, a line in the parent area says that before the next lesson your child can visit this place on the island. When the task is done, the line says that your child has done the task before the lesson.
