How do I move or cancel a paid lesson without losing it?
In the schedule, next to the lesson, tap "Change the lesson" and then "Reschedule", and choose a new time. A paid lesson can be moved or cancelled free of charge until 4 hours before it starts, and a lesson cancelled in time goes back to the course.
Step by step
- In the parent area open "Schedule".
- Next to the lesson tap "Change the lesson", then "Reschedule".
- In the "Move the lesson" window choose a new time and tap "Move to ..." with the time you chose.
- "Lesson moved" appears.
Can't find a suitable time?
Tap "Cancel". More than 4 hours left? The lesson goes back to the course, and you can choose another time for it. In the cancel window you can still choose "Move to another time".
How you know it worked
The lesson shows in the schedule at the new time. After a cancel in time, the lesson shows among the lessons that still need a time.

The teacher has no free time in the next two weeks
the move window shows other teachers who are free. Only this lesson moves to another teacher, and the next lessons stay as they are.
